Shipping Policy
1. Overview
All orders placed on ashvord.com are processed and shipped from our EU fulfillment partner. We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracking from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 2PM (CET) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified by email if there is any delay.
3. Shipping times by region
- United States & Canada — 5–9 business days
- Europe & UK — 4–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 8–14 business days
- Rest of world — 7–14 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value required. The shipping cost displayed at checkout will always be $0.00.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, contact us at hello@ashvord.com.
6. Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We declare all shipments accurately on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue declarations.
7. Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@ashvord.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Ashvord is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
8. Incorrect address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@ashvord.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
