Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ashvord purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. This policy applies to all orders placed through ashvord.com.
2. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original or equivalent packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
3. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original tags or in unsellable condition
- Final sale items (if applicable)
4. How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact us at hello@ashvord.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
5. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ashvord is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@ashvord.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer — processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@ashvord.com.
