I spend a lot of time outdoors — hiking, traveling, working in all weather. Everything I tried was too military, too techy, or fell apart after a season. So I stopped buying and started building. The Hybrid Jacket is what I actually wear — every day, in the woods, in the city. If it wasn't good enough for me, it wouldn't be good enough for you.

Is the Kit waterproof?
Not fully waterproof — and we'll be straight about that. The DWR coating handles light rain, drizzle and splashes well. For heavy downpours, layer the jacket under a hardshell.
Do the jacket and pants have to be worn together?
No — they're engineered as a system but work independently. Wear the jacket alone on warmer days, the pants alone for extra pocket capacity, or both together.
How does sizing run?
Both pieces run true to size — the jacket is athletic tapered, the pants straight cut. If you layer underneath or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. Both share the same size chart.
How many pockets does the Kit have?
14 across both pieces — 6 on the jacket (2 hand, 2 bicep, 2 forearm) and 8 on the pants. Every one is sized and positioned for real use.
Can I wear the Kit every day?
Yes. Functional enough for the trail or worksite, clean enough for the city. Black and Green work well as a daily driver.
How do I wash the Kit?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang dry — both pieces. Skip the tumble dryer; heat degrades the DWR coating over time.
