Send a message to hello@ashvord.com with your order number and reason. You'll hear back within 24 hours.

Ship it back
We'll send you return instructions. Pack the item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Get your refund
Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
✓ We accept returns for
- Wrong size — just let us know
- Changed your mind within 30 days
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Not what you expected
✕ We can't accept returns for
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
